I AM NEW TO PILATES. WHERE DO I START?

All levels of experience are welcome to join any of the mat classes. Variations of exercises are provided within the class to suit all abilities. 

I also recommend watching my Beginner Pilates - The Fundamentals video as it is a helpful starting point for beginners. 

I HAVE A PRE-EXISITING INJURY. CAN I STILL JOIN?

Yes! With a background in physiotherapy, I will provide tailored exercises for you as required to reduce aggravation and even improve your symptom. Just let me know of any injuries before you get started so we can work with them!

I AM PREGNANT / JUST HAD A BABY, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I CAN START?

Our bodies are all unique as is each birth. I recommend all my pre and post-natal women have a review with a women's health physiotherapist before joining classes so I can give you tailored advice and you get the most from your classes.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASSES?

All you need is a mat and a water bottle. If you have resistance bands at home, have them handy as I will let you know when you can use them for an extra challenge!
